Project Description

The Helping Hand is a robotic hand that gives hand-hugs! What could be more comforting, right? This project involved detailed design of mechanical, actuating, sensing, and algorithmic elements to prove the feasibility of the idea. I also roughly prototyped a functional (and a little scary looking) hand that actually hugs :)
